"My Mother's Journey" tells the story of Elizabeth “Liz” Hampton - an African American woman who worked in the tradition of social reform in upstate New York and influenced progress during the civil rights era and beyond. Every Tuesday at 7:30pm, BloomBars screens Indie Films, most often documentaries that touch on social issues. Join fellow film buffs for a screening followed by a discussion with talking points about the film. Filmmakers, directors, and subject matter experts join the discussion when possible.
