Meditation... anyone can do it, it's totally free to do and it's good for you! I haven't tried this technique before but according to the write up "Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. While sharing many of the fundamentals of traditional meditation techniques, Sahaja Meditation, is unique because of how quickly it can help you achieve self awareness. Many people who practice Sahaja Meditation actually had a physical experience in their very first session."
