I'm personally a huge fan of naps and love that working for myself running this site allows me to nap whenever I feel the need. I find naps especially enriching during the colder, darker winter months. Need some convincing? I believe that napping, like meditation, is something that can help us to be more present, alert, creative and centered. It can also help us to reconnect with a sense of calm, harmony and balance and is good for the mind, body and soul. Plus, when we're less stressed, we are much nicer to other people and nicer to be around.
Why not take a nap after work as a buffer between whatever you do that night, be it going out with friends or to a show, or just going home.... it sounds a lot nicer than dealing with the rush hour craziness. Here is what you need to do to get your nap in: Same-day call ahead or walk-ins only, they are not able to reserve a table for tomorrow or next week and are not able to reserve naps in advance online as it is subject to table availability. Don't nod off at work, get some restorative shut-eye at Lunar Massage. They'll hook you up with a massage table to nap on and even give you a pillow and blanket too.
