Pretty much a monthly event in Columbia Heights. GPI Open Mic will be hosted by Shahid Buttar at Coffy Cafe, one of my favorite new coffee shops in DC to work from. They also have really good espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and crepes. GPI is a great Open Mic with a great group of folks I have known for many years. Due to travel and whatnot, please confirm first whether the event is taking place each month by checking with GPI on facebook or by contacting Coffy Cafe.
