About Meena's Dream - During the day, seven-year-old Meena wishes that her mother could get well; and by night, the Hindu God Lord Krishna appears, entreating Meena’s help in his war against the Worry Machine. Meena’s Dream creates a fantastical world through storytelling and live music, from South Indian classical to indie folk. The show is directed by Partrick Crowley. Music by Anja Swaminathan, Rajna Swaminathan and Sam McCormally (of local band Ugly Purple Sweater)
All shows are now Pay-What-You-Want! Really, it's as simple as it sounds. An hour before every show, a majority of the tickets will be available at whatever price you want to pay, first-come, first-serve as part of Forum for All. You set the price. You decide what a fair price is in exchange for good theatre. If you are willing to pay more to help defray the costs of making theatre, that's great too! All they ask is that you give your contact info so they can invite you back to the next show and invite you to support Forum for All.
Regular schedule: Select days Wednesday - Saturday at 8:00pm and Select Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00pm, ticket sales one hour before the show, 7:00pm and 1:00pm.
