Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a transformative experience that uplifts, rejuvenates, and relaxes with postures, breath-work, mantras, and meditation. We'll have a sound healing bath from the gong too. We'll meet at the lower part of Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park.  "Kundalini in the Park" will happen once a month, weather permitting, as a space to build community, practice yoga, and as a place where yoga teachers can share in leading a class. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or mug for yogi tea if you like. Donations/offerings welcome. Classes will be led by the Yoga Share DC group.

They also offer a Donation-based Tuesday night Yoga Class in Columbia Heights on a rooftop, weather permitting.
