The bi-monthly Meso Creso caravan is back with their Global beats inspired dance party! Prepare yourselves for another voyage around the world - from Jo’burg to Delhi to Cartagena to Detroit - Meso Creso will keep it fresh and steady feeding your ears, booty and soul! This month will feature Meso Creso resident DJ's Meegs & Sequoia and special guests, Black Masala (Gypsy Music inspired Brass Band / DC) as well as the usual extra touches with lighting, decor and art, and a hookah lounge.

About Black Masala: DC's own Gypsy Horn Band. Eastern European, New Orleans, Ambient/Experimental indie rock, and a hint of Appalachian twang. Black Masala is an eclectic nine-piece group of DC based musicians from a diverse variety of musical traditions and backgrounds. Featuring a wide array of instruments from tuba to accordion to banjo, the band’s music features a colorful mix of sounds that draw inspiration from the melodies of Eastern European brass bands, New Orleans jazz, Latin grooves, Ambient/ Experimental indie rock riffs, and even a hint of Appalachian twang.
