The scientific community has recently been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. Join Karin Silverman as she discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress, improve concentration, enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. She will also present a simple, yet powerful, meditation technique that can enrich one's life personally, professionally, spiritually and help with seasonal stress. The free workshop will take place in Room A-3. All are welcome to attend.

Science of Spirituality now has a new home in Washington, DC located at 2950 Arizona Ave NW‎, at the intersection of Cathedral and Arizona Ave. Though not super close to a metro there is lots of street parking available and you can check metro for bus options, looks like the M4 and D6 buses get you pretty close.
