The Czech Embassy invites you to a Free Performance of "Anticodes" at the Davis Performing Arts Center at Georgetown University

"Anticodes" is a multimedia dance theatre production inspired by Václav Havel’s collection of experimental poetry of the same name.

This free performance, held at Georgetown University's Davis Performing Arts Center, is presented by Laterna Magika, the New Stage of the National Theatre Prague, Václav Havel Library Foundation, Embassy of the Czech Republic, Georgetown University Theater & Performance Studies Program, Laboratory for Global Performance and Politics, and the Davis Performing Arts Center.

This event also includes a discussion about President Havel and Czech theater and politics with Martin Palouš, President of the Václav Havel Library Foundation in New York and Director of International Programs of the Václav Havel Library in Prague, and Prof. Cynthia Schneider. The Laterna Magika performance of "Anticodes" will be followed by a discussion with Prof. Derek Goldman and the creative team.
