Chi-Gong (also called QiGong) moving exercises flow into Deep Relaxation and Meditation. Movements are done standing; relaxation and meditation may be done in a chair, or on the floor. A shawl or blanket is recommended. This class will be led by Peter Mosher who has been movement and meditation teaching in DC since 1972. The class will be focused on movement in the first hour and more on meditation and deep relaxation in the second hour.
