Atlas Executive Director Douglas Yeuell hosts an open dance floor for soloists and duos to share new work. First come, first dance! "Music has open mics. This is open marley — for dancer and dance lovers. On the final night of the festival, dancers of all genres are invited to participate in the Atlas inaugural Open Marley night. Sign ups start at 9pm for solos and duets appropriate for a space that is 20 x 15. Bring your own music to plug into our sound system. Host Doug Yeuell will create an order and invite you to the stage in between guest featured dancers. Come all dance lovers, too! Bring a drink from the cafe into the cozy Lab 2 and experience experiments, improvisations, and premieres by DC’s exuberant dance community."
