Nero/Psuedo: Rome has burned down and Nero is toast. Then this stranger shows up. Looks like Nero, sounds like Nero—and when he rocks out, the emperor’s fans go berserk. Book and lyrics by Richard Byrne, original music by Jim Elkington (Zincs, Horse’s Ha) and Jon Langford (Mekons, Waco Brothers).
