"For her most recent body of work DC photographer Dawn Whitmore juxtaposes classical paintings with 3-D objects and contemporary photographs, and then rephotographs the juxtaposition. Her Standard Poodle, Ben, is a running theme through-out her work and again makes his appearance in this exhibit. A must see for dog lovers and a great art-viewing experience for kids."
