I just found out about this one. Laughing for no reason, sounds a bit crazy, but could be fun. I suppose once you start laughing I suppose it's easy to keep going. Just found this article online about why laughter is contagious with a funny pic - worth clicking through.
"More Joy, Less Stress" sounds like a good idea to me! The club is based on Laughter Yoga, which uses interactive group-based "laughter exercises" to get folks laughing without jokes or humor. Everyone can laugh and there are are no traditional Yoga poses, so anyone can do it! I believe it's a monthly event, though it could be weekly.
Why laugh? Because laughter feels good, relieves stress, improves health, elevates mood and is fun! Plus, you get to be silly which is something many of us probably don't get to be enough as we get older.
