As part of the National Archives "America Eats" series, you are invited to attend an evening for an illustrated discussion on the history and future of USDA dietary recommendations, how they have changed over the years, and featuring historical images and food pyramids from the holdings of the National Archives.

Panelists include: José Andrés, celebrity chef and Chief Culinary Advisor for the exhibition "What's Cooking, Uncle Sam?," and Robert C. Post, Deputy Director, Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion, USDA.
