I have know both Honi and Hawah for many years and am pleased to let you know that they will both be at Cafe Green this Monday night for a book signing and happy hour event. Books will be available for purchase at the event.

Read more about Honi - who, in addition to being a mom and author is also an intuitive healer, speaker and holistic eco-beauty expert. Her first book, "The Day I Became a Superhero", a non-fiction inspirational memoir based on her life experience in a fatal car crash at the age of 7, with the hope of inspiring the internal superpower within all of us.

HawaH is an artist, educator, yogi, and the visionary behind "The Poetry of Yoga" series of books. Volume 1 (released on 11.11.11), features poetry from Krishna Das, Shiva Rea, Rod Stryker and D.C. locals such as Shawn Parell, Faith Hunter, Terence Ollivierra, Peg Mulqueen, Dehejia Maat, Rocky Delaplaine, Candace Mickens, Rose Haft, Sia Barnes, Zaccai Free, Gracy Obuchowicz, and Katie Capano.

HawaH is also the Executive Director of One Common Unity, a non-profit organization that nurtures sustainable, caring communities through innovative peace education services, arts initiatives and media programming.

This events is also a happy hour where you'll have a chance to hang out with the folks from the Live Green crew for their regular Live Green Happy Hour! Try items from Cafe Green's organic menu.
