Karin Silverman, of Science of Spirituality DC chapter, leads an interactive talk about how meditation can help you to live a more ease filled and balanced life at the Georgetown Library this Thursday night. Karin, a long-time meditator and licensed massage therapist, will share simple and effective meditation techniques during this free workshop.

You can also catch the 32 or 36 bus from Pennsylvania Ave if you get off the metro at Foggy Bottom or I St from Farragut or you can take a crosstown bus line - G2 or D6 - from Dupont (see metro trip-planner for best bus access) to P St or Q St at Wisconsin and walk up north a few blocks from there.
