Learn how meditation can help you with stress at this free workshop led by Gerry Gorman of Science of Sprituality. He'll discuss the benefits of meditation on physical and mental health and balance and will demonstrate a powerful and simple meditation technique you can apply.
About the facilitator: Gerry Gorman has been a student of meditation for over 30 years and has studied with two of the most respected mystics of our time: Sant Darshan Singh Ji Maharaj and Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj. Professionally, he has worked as an engineer, engineering manager, and business development executive for a number of computer controls and technology companies and he now runs his own controls company.
