You'll have a chance to tour the new space and even head up the rooftop, weather permitting, where there will be a DJ spinning some tunes. Plus, party favors for those who attend!
The Palette at Arts District Apartments features a variety of unique homes and live/work units and is in close proximity to the Lustine Center, a restored 1950's automobile showroom with a billiards area, fitness center, art gallery, juice bar, and more. Metro: Prince Georges Plaza Metro is about 1 mile, which is walking and biking distance, or you can take metro to West Hyattsville and take the F8 bus from Bus Bay E to Jefferson St & Baltimore Ave, a 9 min ride, and walk about two blocks. See metro trip-planner for additional bus options.
