PAST: YOGA: One last Community Yoga Class led by Lina, at STROGA in Adams Morgan SAT, Feb 1st from 4:00pm - 5:15pm, by donation, will benefit N St Village
Lina Lindahl, who teaches yoga at STROGA and Past Tense will be leading one last Vinyasa Flow class before she move back to Sweden. "The class will be a flow with extra spices such as arm balances and inversions - be prepared to push your edges in one way or another."
