Doctors Without Borders and the O’Neill Institute for National & Global Health Law present a screening of the award-winning documentary film “Fire In the Blood,” which explores the historic battle for access to affordable HIV medicines in the developing world. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion, moderated by NPR’s Jason Beaubien, with global health experts and policy makers in the field of access to medicines. The director of the film, Dylan Mohan Gray, will also be in attendance to provide commentary on the film. Panelists include:

  • Congressman Jim McDermott (Democrat- WA-07)
  • Rohit Malpani, Policy Director, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)
  • James Love, Director, Knowledge Ecology International (KEI)
  • With moderator Jason Beaubien, NPR Global Health and Development Correspondent
