Have you ever wanted to have a meaningful conversation with a stranger or even a friend? Join Sister Jenna, director of the Meditation Museum and host of the America Meditating Radio show, for Karma Kafe Conversations! This event, aims to develop greater awareness and inner peace, creating in turn a more peaceful world. The concept of meeting in cafes and coffee shops across the country is to gather as community members, neighbors, and friends in casual atmospheres, where everyone's voice matters. Through facilitated dialogues, attendees will have an opportunity to share what matters most. Questions such as, "what is at the root of your power?' will only begin our amazing journey to understand how deeply connected we are, when we gather to find meaning. You can take the green line metro to Prince George's Plaza, College Park or West Hyattsville and take a bus or from PG or WH, you can take a short taxi ride, about $7. I think there is also a bus that goes from Rhode Island Avenue metro on the red line though that may be a longer trip. Driving? You can park in the lot behind the shopping center.
