You may have seen the video of the Grammy-winning violinist playing for spare change in a Metro station back in 2007 as an experiment with the Washington Post. Now, Bell is planning another public appearance in DC and this time he's giving us all a heads up! Bell will perform along with nine students he mentored with the hopes of promoting music education. If you can find your way to Union Station on a lunch break on Tuesday, this one should be great!
