While Science of Sprituality has opened their own center in DC they continue to offer free meditation workshops at DC libraries!

Learn how meditation can help to reduce stress and improve the quality of your life at these free workshops. Perfect for American University students at this location! All levels of meditation practice are welcome, especially beginners!

The workshops this month will be led by David Newcomb of Science of SpiritualityDC Chapter, which offers free meditation workshops throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including the DC area. David is a long-time meditator. He'll share some simple and effective meditation techniques during this free workshop and be there to answer any questions you may have.

Regular meditation has been shown to promote tranquility and relaxation, and to lower stress levels.
