Opera on Tap DC Metro  invites you to start your week off with an evening of beer and opera! Come hear a group of exciting performers present operatic and theatrical favorites. Performers: Melanie Ashkar, Melissa Chavez, Emily Crockett, Brody DelBeccaro, Aurelio Dominguez, Alizon Hull Reggioli, Elizabeth Mondragon-Groff, and Dave Chavez, piano. After the performance, The Pinch will be holding an Artist's Salon, where artists of any kind can present new or in-progress works to an audience. Join us for a screening of video from the '60s and '70s, featuring work by members of the Videofreex and the May Day Video Collective. Includes a discussion with the creators and local experts on civil rights and the movement to end the Vietnam War." Double Feature with discussion. Videos from the '60s and '70s, featuring work by members of Videofreex, Skip Blumberg, videographers from the 1971 documentary, Eddie Becker and current litigators of First Amendment issues from the Partnership for Civil Justice.
