Proceeds from ticket sales benefit One Common Unity (OCU), a grassroots 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that supports a movement for peace education, and the building of a non-violent culture through music and art. The event is co-sponsored by the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, Massey Media, Java Green Eco-cafe, Bus Boys and Poets, Flow Yoga Center, Honest Tea, and the Adinkra Group.
