DC Walkabout offers tip-based walking tours in DC!

Rain or shine, most tours are about two hours, comfy shoes suggested

DC Walkabout is a tip-based walking tour group in DC that offers some really cool themed tours. Learn more about the stories behind the monuments and buildings as well as some insider history of this political town as you engage first hand with knowledgeable tour guides who share a passion for DC! Whether you live here or are visiting, these tours are sure to your experience of this city. 

Note: New Tours added for the Fall!
National Mall weekend daytime and Wednesday evening twilight tour and an additional American Scandal tour, now offered on Saturday afternoons and Friday nights! Watch a short video about the American Scandal Tour.

When you show up for the tour, just look for the guide with the DC Walkabout logo shirt and a safari hat on!  Advance registration is requested, though not required - except for the American Scandal Tour which does require advance RSVP online. Major Sights include the Capitol Building, Ulysses S Grant Memorial, Supreme Court, Library of Congress and Union Station. You'll also have a chance to take in the grand structures of the Legislative and Judicial branches of government, see the Neptune Fountain, and gaze across the National Mall.
