Join the Mycological Association of Washington (MAW) this Sunday at the Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Md., for a day of family friendly forays, cooking demonstrations, scientific lectures, and other fun activities - all featuring nature’s great recycler: the humble mushroom. If you haven't been here before, it is a beautiful park, with lots of beautiful spaces. I was there for a wedding once. It's in MD, under a mile from the Glenmont metro.
