I Meditate DC is a movement empowering Washingtonians to do more things they love by recharging through meditation, a practical way to refresh every day, invented thousands of years ago. Our mission is to recharge the nation's capitol. There are also free meditation workshops in Bethesda, MD and Springfield, VA.
