You are invited to a free overview of Quintessence Institute’s upcoming fall-semester on how to “Live Your Best Life Beyond Stress.” Enjoy a short QMeditation practice session and learn the five deadly myths about stress. This session is taught by Raymond Q. Holmes, Founder/Director of Quintessence Institute, who has over 37 years of experience meditating, and practicing optimum health and wellness. For those interested, the fall semester begins on Tuesday, October 9th.

Raymond Q. Holmes founded Quintessence Institute in 1995 and since then he’s been helping students gain both the esoteric and secular knowledge, tools, skills, and abilities needed to live a well-rounded, balanced, and grounded lifestyle. He spent twelve years on active duty with the U.S. Army, was the first Paralegal President of the Paralegal Alumni Association at the UMD, and sat on the University’s Paralegal Faculty Advisor Board for 7 years. Raymond has over 34 years of Federal Government service and currently serves as a Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security. Raymond has lead energizing and highly effective workshops, lectures, and meditation retreats for audiences throughout the US and abroad. Over the last 37 years, Raymond has practiced meditation, the vegetarian diet, and spirituality, and now, through the Quintessence Institute, Raymond is delighted to share his wealth of enriched personal experiences, esoteric knowledge, and spiritual insights with others.
The Quintessence Institute is designed to teach flexible strategies that remove the barriers and obstacles to inner peace and provides for a well-rounded, balanced, and stable lifestyle from a process of inner transformation through self-development.
