The Mexican Cultural Institute, located on 16th St near Harvard, close to the Columbia Heights Metro, invites you to join them for an intimate evening of alluring music with Mercedes Gomez, a world-renowned harpist from Mexico City and member of Mexico's UNAM Philharmonic Orchestra. She'll be performing a repertoire that incorporates diverse strands of Mexico's rich musical history.
This is a really beautiful space, and I love when they have musicians performing there. I didn't see a note about it, but usually the concerts at this location are also followed by a reception.

Metro: The 16th St buses drop you right by the building at Harvard St, take the S1, S2, S4 or S9 - from downtown or anywhere along 16th St or walk about 10 minutes from Columbia Heights Metro.
