My friend Mali Parke, CPC of Core To Coeur is a skilled Non-Violent Communication (NVC) practitioner, couples coach and parenting coach and life coach, and she'll be offering another donation based workshop this Friday morning along with Ryan McAllister, PhD. Learn more about the facilitators..
From the invite: "Communication is a vast part of our lives. Yet, we may experience many communications, from conversations to emails, as unsatisfying, disconnecting, or the starting place for conflict. We will explore this communicating aspect of collaborative communication in a facilitated, interactive format, using real-life situations and events that you can bring. To help learning go faster and make a more engaging workshop, we organize this as an interaction-driven workshop. Please think of a scenario from your life that you may want to work on. We use events, scenarios, anticipated conversations that the participants bring with them (and are willing to play out in front of the group)."
This experiential workshop aims to support you in:
- increasing your ability to speak authentically and confidently
- identifying what is at the core of your message and communicate it clearly
- taking self-responsibility and power in your experiences
- make doable, powerful requests increasing your chance at co-operation
- creating a quality and depth of connection in your relationships
They encourage you to make donations at the end of the workshop that reflect the value the workshop had for you and your financial circumstances.
