Join UrbanLand Company this Thursday evening for cupcakes and cocktails and a tour of their fabulous Floridian units - including two premier Penthouse units that have been decked out by a local designer. The Floridian is conveniently located near the U St Metro and local bars and clubs as well as cool work spaces like the Affinity Lab. This event is free and open to all. If you are thinking of buying, the UrbanLand folks will be on hand to chat with you of course (they are down to their last 15 units by the way, studios start at 239K). They also have a great roof top deck with wonderful views of the city - a great place to watch the sun set, maybe even over some cupcakes and cocktails.
