You are invited to a free overview of Jyoti Meditation and the Esoteric teachings of Sant Mat (Path of the Master-Saints). You will have several short Jyoti meditation practice sessions and how easy it is to meditate.

This session will be taught by Raymond Q. Holmes, DC's Outreach Coordinator for the Science of Spirituality, who has over 35 years of experience practicing Jyoti meditation and the esoteric teachings of Sant Mat.
