The 19th Annual "Arts on Foot" Festival takes place this weekend near the Gallery Place - Chinatown Metro along F St outside of the National Portrait Gallery and Smithsonian American Art Museum. Check out free performances and learn about upcoming performing and visual arts events in DC, especially in the Penn Quarter. The free festival offers an interactive and cultural experience including a fine art market, crafts, theatre, dance, music, film, cuisine and wine.
