"Ten years ago, the attack on New York and Washington changed the world forever. The Goethe-Institut uses the anniversary of 9/11 as an opportunity to look at a root cause of terrorist attacks and countless wars: a lack of understanding of cultural differences. The films in this series aim to initiate a cross-cultural dialogue and stir the viewer to rethink their own cultural beliefs and habits. All films will be shown in their original language with English subtitles."

War and Love in Kabul is a German film made in 2009. It is 87 minutes long and was directed by Helga Reidemeister. Read more about the film here.
