Everyone is welcome to attend and there is no charge for talk, meditation session or instruction. If you are new to the Center, meditation instruction is available at 7pm. After the meditation there will be a Dharma Talk and Open Discussion led by a senior student or teacher where you'll have a chance to explore and discuss various topics, from Buddhism, to meditation and the world of our daily lives at the Shambhala Center in Cleveland Park.
