During this "Meditation for Healthy Living" talk you'll learn how meditation can improve your quality of life, reduce stress, improve overall physical health and help create more harmonious relationships. Show up early to take advantage of the free Yoga class, every Monday at 5:30pm!

FYI, the Shaw Library is a really nice, new, library right near the metro and they are open til 9:00pm on Monday and Wednesday nights, other nights til 5:30pm, closed on Sundays.
