Excited about this festival on Sunday (was postponed due to rain)! All activities at the Natural Health Festival are free, but make sure to reserve your spot for your favorite activities as space may be limited. Lots of great organizations and healthy businesses that will be at the festival, sure to be a great day!

The festival will also include indoor space in the neighboring Josephine Butler Parks Center and the Art of Living Building. This event will be free and open to the public. It will feature live music, free yoga, massage, Reiki, dance therapy, sound therapy, meditation, cooking demonstrations, food samples, discussions about sustainable living and integrative medicine, natural health remedies, holistic animal care, natural beauty products, eco-friendly clothing, herbal teas… and much more!

On a side note, there's also a DC area Burner (folks who have been to Burning Man) picnic and gathering in the park scheduled for that same afternoon and the executive director of Burning Man, Larry Harvey, is supposed to be there! Sweet. Should be a colorful and fun crew!
