South on South Capitol continues this Friday with the second installment of the four-part country and southern rock concert series bringing top bands to DC's Half Street Fairgrounds, across from the Centerfield Gate at Nationals Stadium and right near the Navy Yard Metro station. Fairgrounds Open Daily at 11:30am. Highlights include: The Highballers 9:00pm - 11:00pm Mama's Love Andrew Leahey & The Homestead and other bands.
South on South is a Monthly Music Festival Featuring Local and Regional Country and Southern Rock bands all day long. The event also includes: Mechanical Bull Rides, Food and drinks available for purchase from food trucks and The Bullpen, Plenty of Shade and Picnic Tables and Cornhole and other games. Next South by South will be on July 27th and the following one will be on August 24th.
