CapitalBop hosts a special, one-time-only D.C. Jazz Loft show at Hole in the Sky, the DIY artist loft located five minutes from the Rhode Island Ave. Metro stop. This concert is a return to the aesthetic of CapitalBop's early loft shows at Red Door, in Chinatown. Three awesome, far-ranging bands will perform: Braxton Cook's straight-ahead quartet; Steve Synk's pH Balance, a hip-hop-infused project; and the free jazz trio 33 1/3.
