Beltway Poetry Slam - this month features Jared Singer
Hosted by Chris August + Free Workshop before the Slam!

The February Slam means that there are only two more open slams left to qualify for the 2013 Beltway National Slam Team! This month, the feature NYC-based poet and audio engineer Jared Singer. You can watch Jared perform "Beer" and  “The Last Love Letter From An Entomologist” .

The eve will be hosted by National Slam Champion Chris August! This month you can also participate in a Free Workshop before the Slam, starting at 6:15pm. "Curious in booking shows locally and out of town, promotion and, GASP, booking a tour!? Not sure where to get started!?" Come to this free workshop led by the amazing Drew "Brokeballer" Anderson.
