"Spring into Meditation" in Arlington, VA

Come out to the Arlington Central Library to learn simple and easy meditation techniques to help you find peace and joy this spring. The class will be led by David Newcomb of Science of Spirituality DC.
About the facilitator: Author, musician, teacher and long-time D.C. resident David Newcomb has been mediating for many years. He worked for as a contract consultant specializing in construction contract disputes until his retirement in 2010. David is a published author, and has written three stage plays and numerous poems. His more recent work includes a collection of spiritual songs, Satsangi Symphony and he is currently working on a musical which, like his meditation practice, focuses on spreading the message of love, unity and peace through meditation and service.
