FLUID: Literary Art Tour, presented by Cross-Pollinate

This event is being organized by some folks I know and I am really looking forward to it! Poems were written in response to the exhibit FLUID: Rhythms, Transitions & Connections, which is currently on view at the gallery. "In conjunction with FLUID, Cross-Pollinate's writers and poets will choose specific works in the show to respond to using poetry, prose, storytelling, and song. You'll be guided through the exhibit as writers perform their pieces next to the visual artwork that prompted their literary responses." FLUID also features a community installation inspired by Brendan Ogg, a young poet who passed away from brain cancer at age 20.

Writers include: Lindsay Anne Bernal, Melanie Figg, Madona Grace Tyler, Micah Greenberg, and Reuben Silberman. Cross-Pollinate is a multi-genre artist collaborative that develops new work using the Liz Lerman Critical Response Method.
