The Tuesday Writing Workshop at MLK Library features TJ Dema from Botswana, Africa! with the DC Youth Slam Team

Please arrive before 4:00pm. Priority seating reserved for teenagers. Everyone else is welcome to join us as long as space is available.
TJ will be performing her poetry and leading the writing workshop. She is a founding member of her country's spoken word movement, a former chair of the Writers' Association of Botswana, and runs Sauti Arts and Performance Management.
