Enjoy free yoga classes in the park this Saturday morning with the Live Well DC coaches and area instructors, who will be offering a morning of free and relaxing outdoor yoga. Whether you’re a yoga expert or just interested in trying it out, these sessions are the perfect fit for your experience level. Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket. A small number of mats will be made available for use. There will be some free giveaways from Live Well DC too!
