The Foreign Policy Initiative & the French-American Global Forum are hosting the US premiere of French philosopher Bernard-Henri Levy's documentary film The Oath of Tobruk about the 2011 Libyan uprising. The film, which premiered this year at Cannes, features interviews with Hillary Clinton, Tony Blair and Nicolas Sarkozy. Mr. Levy will participate in a Q&A after the film, to be moderated by The Daily Beast's Eli Lake.
