Learn how meditation can help to reduce stress and improve the quality of your life at this free, two-part workshop on Wednesday nights at the beautiful Tenleytown - Francis A. Gregory Library in SE! Regular meditation has been shown to promote tranquility and relaxation, and to lower stress levels.

All levels of meditation practice are welcome, especially beginners! The workshop will be led by David Newcomb of Science of Spirituality, DC Chapter, which offers free meditation workshops throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including the DC area. David is a long-time meditator. He'll share some simple and effective meditation techniques during this free workshop and be there to answer any questions you may have.
