Join Batalà Washington, an all female drum troupe, as they kick off their art exhibit "Batalà: One Love, One Drum" at BloomBars with a special night of film shorts and a live musical performance! If you haven't seen them perform yet, I definitely recommend this one. If you have, you know how energizing these ladies can be!
This special event and performance will provide a unique opportunity to learn the story of Batalà Washington – an all-woman percussion band that empowers women through drumming and promotes Bahia’s dynamic music and culture.
