SCRAP DC is a project of SCRAP, a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to inspire creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community. You can think of us as a thrift shop for artists, crafters, teachers, parents, DIY-ers, and everyone who loves to create. Learn more about SCRAP DC's new home. 

"Name another place in DC where you can buy fabric at $2/yard. Just try to beat artist-quality paint brushes starting at 10¢. Does the mere thought of "getting crafty" make you break out in hives? We've got stuff for you too! A full roll of gift wrap is just 50¢ and we've also got containers, some toys and games, even office supplies. Pay by cash, check or charge."

"Donate one of the following housewarming supplies and you’ll be entered in to the night’s raffle: Toilet paper, Environmentally friendly dish soap/hand soap/general cleaner, flowers for the garden, paper towels, tea, coffee, coffee maker, working cordless phone."

Their regular hours will be:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm - 2:00pm
